First and foremost, let me thank you from the bottom of my heart for an amazing and exciting programme.
Everything went off without one hitch, and my 7 forum members were impressed beyond belief.
The meals and wines were totally magnificent and enjoyed thoroughly by all.
The staff at the Abalone house hotel were extremely helpful and hospitable, in particular Leigh, who make every effort to make us feel welcome and satisfied.
The Masterchef cookoff was the most fun I have had in YEARS (despite being part of the team who came STONE LAST.)
I am very happy to be used as a reference (if needed) for any of your clientele in the future.

Arrival Day

14h00:Check in – high tea on arrival
16h00: Walk on the beach and learn about the fauna and flora with Kobus van der Merwe on Cape Columbine Nature Reserve at Tietiesbaai

18h30: Champagne and oyster sundowners with Chef Kobus, followed by a 7 course dinner using the herbs foraged, at his private home

Day 2

8h30: Breakfast

10h00: Conference room for 2,5 hours with sweet and savoury tea time eats. Conference room includes projector, flip chart, pens, notepads, sweets, mints & water

13h00: Walk to lunch venue, Gaaitjie, on the beachfront. Typical seafood platters with beautiful views of the beach.

15h00:  Back to the hotel for 2nd conference with cool drinks, coffees and teas

16h00: Team Building Activity – Master Chef cook-off

18h00: Optional Spa treatments

19h30: Reuben’s Restaurant. 3 course wine pairing dinner with Sommelier


Departure Day

08H30: Delicious full breakfast

10h00: Wrap up conference (2hours)

12h00: Depart
